Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the online purchase of photo & video service packages on adumitru.ro. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

01The provider

Services are provided by ADUMITRU MEDIA NETWORK S.R.L., Trade Register no. J03/2321/2022, Tax ID 46708049, registered office Pasaj Scărilor nr. 2, Bl. 18, Sc. D, Et. 3, Ap. 12, Pitești, jud. Argeș, 110231, România. Contact: contact@adumitru.ro, +40 767 965 110.

02Packages and prices

Each package lists the included services, the estimated delivery time and the final price in RON. Promotional offers are valid for the period shown and cannot be combined.

Extra services (out-of-town locations, extended crew, special props) are agreed separately, in writing, before production.

03Ordering and payment

Payment is made online by card through Stripe. We never store your card details. Your order is confirmed by email right after payment.

Within 2 business days we contact you to schedule the production date, creative brief and logistics.

04Instalments through TBI Bank

For eligible packages you may pay in instalments through TBI Bank EAD Sofia – Bucharest Branch. Financing is available to individuals only, subject to TBI Bank's eligibility assessment and the terms of the credit agreement concluded directly with the bank.

The order becomes binding only once the financing is approved. If the application is rejected or canceled, the order is canceled automatically at no cost and you can pay by card instead.

05Rescheduling, withdrawal and refunds

Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of payment, without giving any reason, by emailing us at the address above. Refunds are issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

If you ask us to start the services before the 14-day period ends, you will owe the value of the services provided up to the withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed with your express consent.

Rescheduling the shoot date is free once, if requested at least 5 business days in advance.

06Delivery and usage rights

Final materials are delivered digitally via a download link. Delivery times start from the production date and from receipt of all required materials from you.

After full payment you receive a perpetual license to use the materials for your own promotion (online, social media, TV, as applicable). We may feature the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

07Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints can be sent to contact@adumitru.ro and are answered within 30 days. You may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), including its alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) procedure.

These terms are governed by Romanian law.
